What if I want to order a project from you, but I live in another country?
We are working all over the world. In agreement with the client we fly to any country and lead the object till It’s completion. We also go to any city in Ukraine. We are currently working on projects in Ukraine, the USA, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, the Czech Republic and the UAE at various stages of implementation. And all this only at this point.

How long does it take to develop a project?
Project development takes from 30 working days depending on the area of the premises. Timing is affected by the speed with which the client makes decisions. It also depends on how quickly the amendments are made. BUT! We know what commercial facilities are and we understand that it is not always possible to allocate a long period of time for the renovation itself, that’s why we always try to comply with the client’s requests. All of these details are discussed personally with the client.

Why are you better than other designers?
We specialize in the design of salons, SPA and clinics. There are too many subtleties in this niche that need to be considered when designing a project. It will take a lot of time and effort to figure out all the norms and standards. Do you only deal with premium level salons?
We make salons for any budget and for different target audiences. But about 60% of our orders are salons with large budgets.

Do you have a queue for projects or you can start working immediately?
There is a queue, especially in the “high season” when some customers have to wait for 2-3 months. That is why we highly recommend you to contact us in advance If you plan to open a salon or clinic.

Where can I find everything the designer draws?
When ordering a project from us you receive not only the pictures, but the budget of the object, which states everything, including the number, names and amounts, as well as links to online stores or addresses of suppliers. Even if you decide to equip this object and control the construction on your own, you will have all the necessary information on where to buy or order all the necessary stuff.

Do you help with purchases for the salon?
Sure. If you want to order a full range of turnkey services, you will never be left alone with any questions about renovation or equipment. We love our customers and will always be there to help and give a piece of advice.

Can you rebrand the finished salon?
Yes. We have such experience, but in this case everything is discussed individually.

Is it possible to visit the salons you have been working on?
Of course. All of our clients are open and will be happy to show you our work. Many of them have plaques on the walls stating that this salon was designed by our studio.

Do you work only with beauty salons?
We work with completely different projects such as clinics, SPA-centers, dental offices, hotels, gyms, photo studios. We also deal a lot with private real estate. But there is a separate team for these tasks (premium-club.com.ua) that specializes in residential interiors.

Do you only carry out projects or can you help with renovation too?
Sure, we can and will be more than happy to help! We provide the fullest range of design and renovation services. Moreover, you can also order custom-made furniture and exclusive metal products in our studio.

Do you work in a certain style?
No, we work in all styles. Minimalism, Scandinavian, loft, eclectic, classic, modern, and of course, neoclassical. We are always ready for any cool experiments in design.

What is the minimum area for you to start working on a project?
There is no minimum area. There are different requests. We can work on the 50 m2 nail studio if the client is ready for experiments and we understand each other without words, so do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you help with the establishment of business processes in the salon?
No, we do not provide consulting and training. We create the world’s best beauty salon projects.

What other services do you provide?
We do everything to cover the client’s needs! Starting with the project, we help legitimize planning and develop utility networks, conduct author’s supervision, complete the facility, perform repair work, make custom furniture, metal structures, work on decoration, find contractors for the most difficukt tasks.

Are you only implementing a complete project or is there a possibility of a partial one?
We are only carrying out a complete project. The partial one will not provide you with the result we are used to give our clients at the finish. In this case, we will not be able to control the project implementation process and the result can be bad, average or good. That’s not our style, we are aimed only on «Wow» effect.
